Zama Update

SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

On June 30, 2010, Mr. Dale Gehr will retire from his position as President of USA Zama, Inc. Mr. Gehr has held this position since the founding of USA Zama, Inc. in 1985. It is by his guidance and foresight Zama has become a leader in the industry.

Dale has left an indelible mark, and we will miss his professional expertise and his friendship. We wish Dale success and happiness in all his future endeavors - may they be all he hoped for!

Mr. Mamoru Toda will be the newly elected President of USA Zama, Inc. Mr. Toda is currently the General Manager, and VP of Engineering. He has worked with the Zama Organization since December of 1995, starting as a Senior Engineering Manager with Zama Japan. Mr. Toda completed a three-year assignment at USA Zama, Inc from 1999 to 2002, returning in 2005 as VP of Engineering, and was promoted to General Manager in March of 2007.

We extend our support and congratulations to Mr. Toda. Zama is fortunate to have his skill and product knowledge, as well as his understanding of the industry.
